I’ve been creating beat master pieces for about 10 years and when I first started making tracks, the first thing I searched for was software that was affordable, and within my budget, that would allow me to make beats. There are tons of software programs on the Internet that claim to be the best beat making software, but I’ve found a program that I think is great, affordable and pretty easy to use.  You can pretty much be making your own beats within 10 minutes after watching the video tutorial.

From research by Daniel Goleman there are six leadership styles; 1) Coercive, 2) Authoritative, 3) Affiliative, 4) Democratic, 5) Pacesetting, and 6) Coaching. Keep in mind that an effective leader never relies on one particular style to guide the organization or group. An effective leader will assess the situation, the dynamics of the group, and approach the situation with the appropriate leadership style to establish effective results..

There are tons of online calculator sites on the Net, but Online Calculator Free offers a variety to help students and business professionals.  There are calculators for algebra, finance, accounting, statistics, financial, and more.  Some of my favorites are the gpa calculator (of course, this is important to any student) and the percentage calculator.

To find the percentage increase or decrease from one number to another there are 3 steps.

Step 1. Subtact the old number from the new.
For example if we are looking for the percentage increase from 2 to 5, in this case the old number is 2 and the new number is 5. It will look like the following:
5 - 2 = 3

Step 2. Divide the difference (the results from Step 1) by the old number.
3 / 2 = 1.5

Step 3. Multiply results from Step 2 by 100
1.5 * 100 = 150% increase.
